im skeptical about how a mile long flying object (larger than anything the human race could create in the next century)
went unnoticed by video. i mean, im certain there are "ufo's" out there, but being the natural skeptic i am, i cant go with the fact that the one time we could not capture video evidence of a ufo, is when its a mile long.

Seeing a ghost is a great experience. I've seen about a half dozen, and it's really an amazing thing to seen. I'd say check it out at your neighborhood library, but that doesn't work in this case. It's strange, because you can see something like this, and wonder forever about what it actually was. My first experience was when I was 8 years old at my cousins house, and I saw a woman walking up the stairs, and then she vanished. It's crazy, but awesome none the less. Ghost are nothing to be afraid of either. Thanks.

This is really cool! I'm glad the UK National Archives finally is starting to release information about UFOs. There is defiantly something in the skies, and we as citizens have the right to know what's going on. Im going to check this link out. It also is cool that people ARE interested in the truth behind the UFO scandals.

Up until 1999 I had never witnessed a ghost, and therefore doubted such existence. It was only logical to believe that people were just plain hallucinating, or in a state of paralysis (ie.. sleep paralysis).

My family and I moved to Upstate New York, from California's SF Bay Area. It was a huge change of pace. I went from a prestigous career in the real estate field, to a nursing career. As a newbie to the hospital I worked for, I took a grave yard position on the skill nursing home floor.

It was some time after midnight when I sat at a table in the hall to work on my charting. As I sat there, I saw something moving and it really shook my core. There was a full apparition of a woman that went from an end room and into the shower room. Naturally, I thought my mind had played a trick on me, so I decided that I should peek into the rooms to be sure everyone was in bed sleeping. We had only two ambulatory residents on the unit, the rest were only mobile with a wheel chair. Everyone was sound asleep, and the shower room was empty.

Since I had atleast heard about haunted places, I decided to ask the staff on duty that night about paranormal activity in the hospital. They were more than happy to chat about different occurances others had witnessed. Even the woman going across the hallway, I had just seen.

Prior to that experience the women residing in the room next to the shower room had trouble with their television since they moved in. They had constant interference and had a cable guy come in a few times to check out the problem. Nothing was found wrong every time the cable guy check it out, and they were told that without a problem to fix they were just going to have to chalk it up to something that couldn't be explained.

Since that experience we moved into a new home on a very secluded dirt road. I started to witness more paranormal activity than ever. This was only happening when I was alone in the house, at first. I thought I heard my oldest son down stairs and I needed his help with something, so I called down the stairs to ask for his help. I saw a figure that resembled a male walking past the bottom of the stairs and enter into our hallway next to the stairwell. I was freaked out!! It was one thing to see it at a hospital but another to see it in my own home. My son had gone outdoors to help his dad with a few things.

Last winter my husband was outside changing a spark plug on my youngest son's snowmobile and I saw two distinct figures standing over him like they were watching him work. One was an adult male and the other a young boy. It was broad daylight outside, and as soon as I raced for my camera they had disappeared. I was the only one to see them. Recently, my stereo turned on and played for a minute (Rock You Like a Hurricane) and then it shut off again. One night while my husband and I were having a personal moment in our bedroom the television we had on for lighting shut off. We do not use a remote for it, because we lost it a few years ago, so their isn't a way to set up the sleep timer. We have to manually turn on the power.

I wouldn't really say my house is haunted, but it sure has some paranormal activity from time to time. Up the road from our house on state land there are about a dozen old stone foundations. There are stone walls on parts of our property and there is a possiblity that our home was built over a former home. I've been too lazy/procrastinating to check out the historical public records on the property, but it is on my to do list when I am ready.
